Terms & Conditions

Bella Rosa Farm Stay – Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in & Checkout

 

  • Check-in: Between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

  • Checkout: Before 10:00 AM.

  • Self check-in is available via a lockbox. Details will be provided prior to arrival.

2. Occupancy

 

  • A maximum of 14 guests is permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Weekend bookings require a minimum stay of two nights.

  • The booking cost will be the cheapest option between the nightly rate and the per person rate. In other words, if you are small group, you will likely be charged on a per person basis, and large groups will likely be charged the nightly rate.

3. Pets

 

  • Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis only. Please contact us in advance for approval.

4. Property Access & Respect for Surroundings

 

  • Access to Bella Rosa Farm Stay is via another piece of land. Guests must respect all signage, gates, and property boundaries.

  • The owners accept no liability for guests who trespass on private property.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

 

  • Guests stay at Bella Rosa Farm Stay at their own risk.

  • The owners accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during the stay, whether to persons, vehicles, or belongings.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their group.

  • Any damages caused to the property must be reported and may be subject to charges.

6. Refund Policy

 

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

  • If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued for all nights booked.

  • If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided, and 100% of the booking cost will be charged.

  • Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
