Bella Rosa Farm Stay – Terms & Conditions

We are a family run house and usually very relaxed and approachable. However, for yours as well as our protection we have some basic terms and conditions that we adhere to. Please chat to us with any questions or concerns.

1. Check-in & Checkout

Check-in: After 2:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM.
Althought we cannot gaurentee early check-in or late check-out, please enquire about this directly with us.
Self check-in is available via a lockbox. Details will be provided prior to arrival.

2. Occupancy

A maximum of 14 guests is permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.
Weekend bookings require a minimum stay of two nights.

3. Pets

Small dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis only. Please contact us in advance for approval.
We always ask that pets not be allowed to sleep on the beds or the couches.

4. Property Access & Respect for Surroundings

Access to Bella Rosa Farm Stay is via a servitude which crosses private property. Please respect all signage, gates, and property boundaries.
The owners accept no liability for guests who trespass on private property.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Guests stay at Bella Rosa Farm Stay at their own risk.
The owners accept no liability for loss, damage, injury, or accidents that may occur during the stay, whether to persons, vehicles, or belongings.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their group.
Any damages caused to the property must be reported and may be subject to charges.

6. Refund Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If the booking is cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be issued for all nights booked.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided, and 100% of the booking cost will be charged.
Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
